Virpi Kuitto, M.Sc., is the environmental advisor responsible of sustainable campus operations at the University of Helsinki (UHEL), Finland. Among her duties are to coordinate the Green office –environmental programme and UHEL´s commitment to sustainable development.   She has participated in UHEL´s solar energy and energy efficiency projects.  She has collaborated with the UHEL´s educational affairs on student driven Green team –project in 2013-2015. She is a lecturer on the topic of laboratory waste management as well.
