Samir Gabro, Credential Evaluator, Swedish Council for Higher Education (ENIC-NARIC Sweden). He has been working as a credential evaluator since 3.5 years . He works mainly with credentials from the Middle East, North Africa and France. He is an active member in the “spotting fraud” squad at the Swedish ENIC-NARIC including the project of “Guidelines for Authentication of Syrian Credentials”. He has presented his own investigation about “The role of Social Media in marketing and selling fraudulent Syrian degrees” and “Spotting fraud in credentials from the Middle East with a focus on Syria” at several ENIC-NARIC events, EAIE and TAICEP conferences.
