Working with recruitment and HR since 2011. Presently responsible for the recruitment function at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, a strategical position which includes areas such as recruitment processes, employer branding and training in structured interview techniques and competence-based recruitment.
Previously been working as Senior Recruitment Consultant (specialized in senior, technical and public sector recruitment) and Process Trainer/Instructor in Advertising at Academic Work, and at Preem as inhouse Recruitment Partner. Previously worked in marketing in Sweden and Denmark in mostly Nordic organizations for over 14 years. Awarded Recruitment Consultant of the Year at Academic Work 2015.
Throughout my career in recruitment I’ve been working with competence-based recruitment as a method and I find it a very good tool to maintain high quality, focus on candidate experience and ensure equal treatment in the recruitment process.
